Hi,i’m a 2007 pass-out engineering graduate have also completed a lot of software testing certifications like ISTQB,& HP hoping that il get into the software testing field but still i’m jobless.I’m now planing to do Msc.IT will that be a good option or shall i wait for job.i’m 23 now suppose if i go for masters it will take another 2yrs to settle in life.i’m realy confused plz suggest me a solution.

That depends on what you want.
For example, if you go for the MSc, that might increase your chance or deviate you from your direction to another direction.
It is a complex equation and like gambling sometimes. Believe me I was inalmost the same situation and now a doctorate student.

If you are single and no kids….ALWAYS opt for more education. Once you hit the job, spouse, kids cycle, education is difficult to obtain without lots of sacrifices and struggles. Simple equation:
More Education = More Job Opportunities
That doesn’t always mean more education will bring you a better job, but it does mean that more education will allow you to have a choice of jobs. Especially people that have diversified degrees so that if one career field doesn’t work out, they can seek work in a completely different field.
